give any suggestions/guidance needed throughout your entire planning process.

Theme, décor, designing and planning.
Hiring the right vendors.
Handling Etiquette & Traditions.
All those - should we? or shouldn’t we? question’s.
You ask it we’ll find the answer.

We can also offer you referrals to reputable Vendors
according to location(s), budget, and your needs.

We offer a huge selection of Invitations, Accessories, and Favors.

We will also supply you with a name change packet
and information in acquiring your marriage license.

We will send you monthly reminders regarding the “Things to Do”
to help you stay on track to get it all done.

Day of Coordination Service package.

* We will provide etiquette advice and assistance.

* Information on Wedding party roles and responsibilities or
help with assigning or designating roles and responsibilities.

*Budget planning guidance.

* Referral to reputable Vendors according to location(s), budget, and client’s needs.
Manage vendor schedules, obligations, and final payments & gratuities.
Plus review of all vendor contracts.

*Monthly reminders of the “Things to Do” during planning process.

* We offer a huge selection of Invitations, Accessories, and Favors. 
(20% off to our Bride and Groom)  When purchased through us.

* Do you know about the Marriage License? We help you with that too.
We also supply you with a name change packet.

* Develop with you and handle Distribution of Wedding Day Timeline
and Schedulesand floor plans.

* Organization of Wedding Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner, if needed.

*Attend your rehearsal to work with your bridal party,
special family members to make sure they know their part in your wedding day.

* Facilitate on the wedding day the Processional
and Recessional Lineup for Ceremony and Reception.

 

 

 

 

 





*Ceremony and Reception set up: Items such as Unity Candle, Guestbook,
Favors, Toasting goblets, Serving Set, Place cards,
Décor, Centerpieces, ensuring that all your detailed
set up plans are closely followed.

* Assist all your vendors with their ceremony and reception set up.

*Great and assist your guests as needed, paying close attention to any guests with special needs.

*Coordinate with your photographer to assist them with all your planned special pictures.

*Work closely with your DJ or MC in following the day’s time line of events.

*Keep in constant communication with your catering staff.

* We will hold on to these precious items if needed while you are on your honeymoon.
Or we can arrange transportation of these items by a designated person.

* Unlimited phone and e-mail communication

* Two White Orchid Events Wedding Consultants available throughout the planning process and two on site coordinators during your wedding day.

* Research Ceremony and Reception locations in regards to your budget and guest count.
Touring best 3 locations with you.

* We will provide etiquette advice and assistance.

* Information on Wedding party roles and responsibilities or help with assigning or designating roles and responsibilities.

* Referral to reputable Vendors according to location(s), budget, and client’s needs and Set/Attend meetings, interview new vendors, assisting you with all your vendor selections.

* WOE will manage vendor relations: appointments, review contracts, schedule of payments, vendor obligations, vendor commitments, and final vendor payments and gratuities.

* Monthly updates of where we are at in the planning process,
along with reminders of the “Things to Do” we are working on.

* Budget management.

* Dress shopping for/with the Bride and Bridesmaids.

* Tuxedo shopping for/with the Groom and his Groomsmen.

* Multiple meetings with Bride and Groom to go over wedding details.

* Assistance with establishing your theme, décor, overall ambience, designing and planning
Ceremony and Reception.
