Final payment disbursement to vendors on Day of Wedding, if
needed.
We offer a huge selection of Invitations, Accessories, and
Favors.

Development and Distribution of Wedding Day Timeline and Schedules.
Organization of Wedding Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner, if
needed.
Facilitate Processional and Recessional Lineup for Ceremony
and Reception.
Ceremony and Reception set up: Items such as Unity Candle,
Guestbook, Favors,
Toasting goblets, Serving Set, Place cards, Décor, Centerpieces,
etc.
We will hold on to these precious items if needed while you
are on your honeymoon.
Along with Assistance to your other vendors on Ceremony and
Reception set up.
Assistance with seating arrangements and programs.
Unlimited phone and e-mail communication.
Quality, Reliability, and Accessibility for ongoing advise,
support, and guidance.
Full Service Coordination
Two White Orchid Events Wedding Consultants available throughout
the planning process.
Research Ceremony and Reception locations in regards to your
budget and guest count.
Touring best 3 locations with you. We will provide etiquette
advice and assistance.
Information on Wedding party roles and responsibilities or help
with assigning
or designating roles and responsibilities.
Referral to reputable Vendors according to location(s),
budget, and client’s needs and Set/Attend meetings, interview
new vendors.
WOE will manage vendor relations: appointments, contracts, schedule,
vendor obligations, vendor commitments, and final vendor payments
and gratuities.
Budget management.
Dress shopping for/with the Bride and Bridesmaids.
Tuxedo shopping for/with the Groom and his Groomsmen
A few lunch meetings with Bride and Groom to go over wedding
details.
Assistance with: Establishing your theme, décor, overall ambience,
designing and planning Ceremony and Reception.
Don’t forget assisting you with vendor selection!

HourlyService Coordination
To deal with those little things you just don’t want to.
Hourly rate starts at $75.00 depending on job needed.
